Running from daddy

Harrison loves playing this game with his Daddy!

My Monkey Suit

Nobody should want to go to a teaching hospital in July. Why? Because all the new residents start on July 1st. Fresh out of medical school and no real clue to how everything works. At least thats how I feel. But whether I like it or not, I will be running the burn unit for two months starting on Tuesday.

So I decided to post some photos of my stylish new white coat. It is quite longer than the good ole hip-length medical student coat. I shall don this coat for the majority of my life.

Anyways, I hope everyone is having a good summer. Please feel free to leave a comment and let us know how you all are doing. Remember to be praying for Marshall and Jessica as she has another boy in the oven. If you want to see what the little one looks like in 3D, head on over to Val's (Marshall) blog at http://www.daigre-events.blogspot.com

Today we took a trip to Fairhope where we fed the geese and seagulls and walked out onto the pier. Then we ate lunch and headed to the beach for a couple of hours. The beach was followed by a visit to the fountain at the Eastern Shore Center. We all had a big day of fun and Harrison loved every minute of it. He was a trooper and was even able to get two 30 minute naps in the car. Here are some pictures from our day of fun!

He loved the fountain!

Waving at the geese

Justin was proud of this picture so I thought I would put it on here. This picture was not taken zoomed in. The bird was really that close to Justin's head.

Okay, a little disclaimer here. No, I am not 6 months pregnant. I am not pregnant at all. It only looks like it in this picture because of the way my dress is hanging.

Daddy flying me with my super hero cape!

Mad because Mommy and Daddy stopped flying me

Mad because Mommy is taking a picture of me being mad

Yes, those are tampons he is playing with

Harrison has a diaper rash that we are trying to get rid of, so we have to let him go around naked to air his booty out a little. Two days in a row now he has taken a dump on our carpet! Nice!

Harrison loves to read books!

I love water

Harrison loved playing in the fountain at the Eastern Shore Centre across the bay. He loved it so much that by the end of playing, he had made a little bit of dirt.

The Mobile Bay Bears

We took Harrison to a Mobile Bay Bears baseball game the other night. He had a great time! I don't know if he really cared about the game at all, but he had fun walking around in the grass. We took a picnic and sat on the hill just outside the outfield. He even wore his baseball shoes that Uncle Scott, Aunt Mel, and Bailey got for him.

Carrying our trash around was so much fun!

This is just a random picture of Harrison while his daddy was giving him a bath. Thought you would enjoy it!

Learning to mow the grass

Harrison was watching the video of his cousin Jackson cutting the grass and he decided he wanted to learn to "play" cut the grass too. Jackson, Harrison wants to set up a meeting with you to talk about going into business together.

Feeding time

Harrison is learning to feed himself. He isn't an expert yet, but he wanted to show everyone this video of him eating a bowl of cereal all by himself.

Call me toolman

Harrison is a very smart 1 year old. We may be kind of biased, but as you can see here, he knows all of his tools. These are some of his favorite things to play with. He is developing his handyman skills so he can help Papaw.
